ἀπὸ δὲ τοῦ Ἀκαρνᾶνος τοῖς ἐν τῇ ἠπείρῳ ταύτῃ τὸ ὄνομα τὸ νῦν γενέσθαι λέγουσι τὰ πρὸ τούτου Κούρησι καλουμένοις.

Construction is elliptical: λέγουσι governs an accusative-and-infinitive, with τὸ ὄνομα as accusative subject of γενέσθαι and τοῖς ... καλουμένοις as the dative group to whom the name is said to have arisen; τὸ νῦν is an adverbial temporal accusative. The final phrase τὰ πρὸ τούτου Κούρησι καλουμένοις is textually/syntactically difficult, but is treated as a substantivized accusative referring to those formerly called Curetes.
