τοῖς δὲ ἐν Κρεύσιδι, ἐπινείῳ τῷ Θεσπιέων, οἰκοῦσιν ἐν κοινῷ μέν ἐστιν οὐδέν, ἐν ἰδιώτου δὲ ἀνδρὸς ἄγαλμα ἦν Διονύσου γύψου πεποιημένον καὶ ἐπικεκοσμημένον γραφῇ.
The dative plural τοῖς ... οἰκοῦσιν is the experiencer/locative group for ἐστιν; ἐν κοινῷ μέν ... οὐδέν contrasts with the subsequent private man's statue. The participles πεποιημένον and ἐπικεκοσμημένον modify ἄγαλμα; γραφῇ is an instrumental dative.
