Connectedness feature reference
The highest cosine similarity between the focal place's action-count profile and that of any operational neighbour.

Represent each place as counts of figures by canonical action category, calculate cosine similarity with every local neighbour, and retain the maximum; empty profiles contribute zero.
At least one neighbour has a more proportionally similar action profile.
These descriptive statistics use the current labelled cohort after aliases have been collapsed to one row per MANTO place.
