Connectedness feature reference
The average cosine similarity between the focal place's action-count profile and those of all operational neighbours.

Calculate action-profile cosine similarity for every local neighbour and take the arithmetic mean; neighbours with empty profiles contribute zero, and places with no neighbours receive zero.
The focal place's action profile is more consistently similar to its neighbourhood.
These descriptive statistics use the current labelled cohort after aliases have been collapsed to one row per MANTO place.
