Σικυώνιοι μὲν οὖν οὐκ ἀφικομένοις ἐς καιρὸν τῆς κρίσεως Ἀθηναίοις ζημίαν πεντακόσια τάλαντα ἐπιβάλλουσι, Ῥωμαίων δὲ ἡ βουλὴ δεηθεῖσιν Ἀθηναίοις ἀφίησι πλὴν ταλάντων ἑκατὸν τὴν ἄλλην ζημίαν·
Two coordinated clauses: the Sicyonians impose the fine on Athenians who did not arrive in time for the trial; the Roman senate remits the rest of the fine after the Athenians' appeal, excepting one hundred talents. The participles ἀφικομένοις and δεηθεῖσιν are dative and agree with Ἀθηναίοις.
