λέγουσι δὲ οἱ Ἀρκάδες τὴν λεγομένην γιγάντων μάχην καὶ θεῶν ἐνταῦθα καὶ οὐκ ἐν τῇ Θρᾳκίᾳ γενέσθαι Παλλήνῃ, καὶ θύουσιν ἀστραπαῖς αὐτόθι καὶ θυέλλαις τε καὶ βρονταῖς.
Infinitival content clause depends on λέγουσι: the Arcadians say that the battle of Giants and gods occurred here, not in Thracian Pallene. Παλλήνῃ is a locative dative coordinated with the preceding ἐν phrase; the final θύουσιν has an implicit Arcadian subject and takes datives of the phenomena to which they sacrifice.
